15 Minutes Fast Workout

 
    In today's life, Many of us are always busy with their work, family or just busy doing nothing (Lazy People).
Nobody has free time to do what they want to do,THEY MAKE TIME for thing which they actually want to do.

            An hour of workout is just 4% of you day, so it very easy to work out regularly, But if you are not able to spend an hour for your body, then this 15 Minutes fast workout will help you to stay fit. And the best thing that you can do this at your home it just needs little space.


15 Minutes Workout


1.     Stretching Exercise (2 Mins.)
                 Any stretching exercise for 2 Mins.

2.     Any CARDIO workout (2 Mins.)
a.     2 Mins. Jumping/Rope Skipping
b.     2 Mins. Run in place / Treadmill / Bicycling
c.      2 Mins. High Jumps
Cardio

3.     Biceps/Triceps (4 Mins.)
a.     10 Pushups/ Rest
b.     10 Triceps Dips/ Rest
c.      Repeat for 4 Mins.

4.     Body Squats/Lunges (4 Mins.)
a.     20 Squats/ Rest
b.     20 Lunges/ Rest
c.      Repeat for 4 Mins.

5.     Crunches/ Abs / Plank (3 Mins.)
a.     10 Crunches/ Rest
b.     10 Leg Raises/ Rest
c.      20 sec Plank/ Rest
          d.     Repeat for 3 Mins.

Start Somewhere Today

Everyday is good to start, So let's start today.

Everyone love Sunday, so lets make it more lovable with some Sunday Exercise.

  • Start your Sunday with Running. Do some warm up exercises and stretch your body.
    Take your friends along with you for running. 
  • Run for 15 Minutes and take a small break. and again run for 15 Minutes.
  • Do 15 reps of Push ups , Squats and Pull ups.
  • Do Skipping or Jump for 3 Minutes and then take break and then again Skipping/jump for 2 minutes.
  • Now take challenge and do sprint running for 100 meters and then walk for 5 Minutes.
  • Don't over exercise. Go slow and steady.
  • Drink something healthy after your done with exercise.

After your done with exercise you are ready to enjoy the beautiful Sunday.

Its Never too Late to Start Working Out.

   

 There are many people who wants to start working out but due to some of their excuse they can't do it.Some people think that they have grown old and now it’s not possible for them to work out, and some people think that IT's TOO LATE for them to start working out as they have either very overweight or they think they don't have energy for it.

Few people actually start working out till the time they are motivated but after few days or few months they get bored of it.They don't get motivated and they stop working out. These are QUITTERS.

Points to always remember
1.Believe In yourself :
o    Believe that you CAN do this.
o    Believe that you are an Enabler not the QUITTER.
o    Believe that you have the power to bring the change you want in your life, if you do this you are half way there.
o    Do not hate yourself just because you don’t look as you want.
Love yourself and TRY to bring the change.
o    Go out do some physical activity- Run few miles, Walk for a distance, Play sport, Jump around or do cycling. Believe that you can do this and believe that it will bring change in you.



2.Make a Goal:

girls they keep goals that they
want to get fit before their
marriage,
They do get fit before marriage but after sometime they stop working out and again get fat. About boys they join a gym, workout for few days just because they want to
have a good muscular body and when they achieve their short term goal they get satisfied and stop working out.
o    Be hungry and never get
 satisfied.
o    Make goal like I want to be fit till I die. I want to get fit because I want to be a Fitness Inspiration for my children or grandchildren.
o    Make goal that I want to look badass fit in my 50’s, this will keep you hungry for working out.


3. Start Slow:

o    Do not rush to get what you want, because it’s not a quick fix for your health, it’s a lifetime change and it needs time.
o    Do not get into crash diet or a hard exercise plan, start with a bit.
o    Do exercise for 15 Minutes for few days, and later increase the time and exercise sets.
o    Do not do crash diet, first start eating healthy. Try to avoid
junk and oily food.
o    Distribute your meal- make it 6 meals a day or 4 meals rather than 2 meals per day.
o    Engage in physical activity like sports, cycling and running.

4. Keep Yourself Motivated:

o    It’s very important for keep
yourself motivated through your journey to getting fit.
o    Best way to do this is hang around with people who loves working out
or who talks about fitness.
o    Read Fitness Magazine or
Article over internet. Download mobile app for fitness on your
 smart phone. 
o    Watch workout motivation videos over internet. Like Facebook
 pages which shares workout
 articles and motivational message on daily
basis. Download workout motivational images from internet and put it as your wallpaper on cellphone or computer.
o    Talk about fitness with your friends. Share your knowledge about fitness with your friends.
o    Stay away from Negative people who demotivate you and get ourselves engaged with people who appreciate your efforts and gives you positive vibes for working out.

           

Now if you know all this , Go out and START from TODAY as every day is Good to start something new.
